"The hotel was decent but the room I had the bathroom was a disaster. The sink was cracked in two places the shower head dripped all night long. It looked like the place was under renovation but it was way overpriced for that type of a room"

"We like this hotel for when we stay in Guelph. Nice size rooms with kitchens and decent breakfast. Only complaint would be the bed was pretty hard this visit and pillows not supportive. Otherwise great."

"We were in a room next to the elevators and every time someone used the elevators, it rumbled in our room. Spoke to the staff this morning, and they said had we called down, they would’ve found a different room for us which was nice, but would’ve involved a lot of repacking and unpacking again, plus getting dressed. Next time, I’ll make sure to ask to avoid rooms adjacent to the elevator bank."

"This place was very worn down and had damage. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and no extra. The soap was like a little piece of cardboard. The shower curtain was filthy with evidence of something all over it on the inside, yuck. The door lock was like a bathroom door lock on the inside so I pushed heavy furniture against the door for the night. Outside the door was the small parking lot that had dumpsters and junk around.
This all being said, the woman who checked me in was so lovely...

"Included a delicious breakfast - eggs Benedict, Greek yoghurt with homemade fruit topping/homemade whipped cream, pressed coffee, herbal tea, orange juice.
Beautiful room with lovely sitting area
with an electric fireplace and large TV screen. Gorgeous, comfortable queen bed with a standing tub in the room - good water pressure and lots of hot water. Bubble bath included along with robes.
A very warm and welcoming reception from the hosts, both when we arrived and during breakfast.
