"It was ok. Big room, comfortable bed. Broken flush handle on the toilet. Ground floor and entrance smelled absolutely awful. Loud AC and I could hear everything people said in the parking lot somehow through the windows (I wonder how well they work in winter?).
But I slept well and the room was clean."

"The property itself was nice. I initially asked to be away from stairs, because Of a safety concern and the fact that I’m a light sleeper. I was placed by the elevator which wasn’t as bad as the stairs, but was across from the maintenance closet.. That was not better. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk regarding anything so that wasn’t helpful. The breakfast was great! Good options and even gluten-free options. Parking was great no problems."

"This hotel was perfect for my three night stay. The hotel was clean and well kept. Although next to the airport, there were a few a restaurants at walking distance like Ruth’s Chris, The Keg and Turtle Bay. There was a misunderstanding regarding parking payment but the young lady at the desk during check out. Prad Vee was very helpful and it was resolved immediately. If again in Toronto for a few days I will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent service. Staff was very kind and professional. We had to check in late because our flight arrived early in the morning (past check in time) but I called ahead and they made a note in the system. They were helpful with shuttle information. The breakfast was good and very appreciated after a red eye flight. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Over all I will stay here again because we stayed at the crown plaza and it was terrible. Made me realise and appreciate how great the spark...

Only complaint ( which we were too tired to ask for assistance) was we could not figure out cooling/heating system and it was far too warm"
