"I found entire hotel wasn't clean including my room, elevator, pool deck, dinning, hallway every where. Most surprisingly, in three days stay, I have never seen any staffs cleaning any rooms during the day time. This is my first time experience not to see it. When I booked the hotel, I found that hotel policy is to clean the guest room everyday. They didn't even clean a single day in my three days stay only one day they just changed the towels with two times request. At breakfast, I saw ants are crawling on the food stands and the floor. In dinning floor wasn't swept according to standard. At the pool area, I felt they have never cleaned at all. Used towels bucket full of used towels never emptied. All three days I went to pool with my son and every time I have to ask to give us towel and after used those towel left in the bucket but never cleaned those towels. "
