"The property is cute and well maintained. We loved the patios. Keep in mind this location is close to Bourbon so it was loud well into 3AM. Also, we booked for three guests and were charged a $20 fee per night for an “extra” guest. The property still hasn’t responded. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. The woman who seems to manage the on-site restaurant is exceptional. She was training two servers, one was an middle-aged gentleman who was having problems with the technology and efficiency and she was patient with him while also scrambling to make sure the guests were taken care of. The restaurant is good, although we only had breakfast there every morning. Coffee drinks are expensive but everything else was reasonable. Check in was great. Parking/valet...

"This hotel has fallen a great deal since it was featured as 007's home-away-from-home in LIVE AND LET DIE! I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it just keeps getting worse. This most recent stay was just after Mardi Gras, so I was patient. I spent 3 nights. No hot water, broken elevators, fitness and pool closed and my room was never serviced by housekeeping. I was charged for drinks at the bar I never ordered and the newly refurbished Rib Room was VERY AVERAGE. GET IT...

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on...
