"Denry was kind and helpful from the moment I checked in. Having my room upgraded and a cake delivered was a thoughtful gesture that moved me. The room had incredible amenities and the decor was stunning. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast staff maravel made me feel right at home. I wish this hotel and staff was in every city I have to travel too. This property is a cut above the rest. "

"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Good location with i12 mall next to. Walkable and convenient with many bus routes. Pretty good breakfast. My 3 day stay would be perfect except the housekeeping attendants were so loud speaking their dialets up and down on the hallways i cant get anything done. Once they woke me up while taking nap."

Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. "During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."

"Old hotel. Thin walls, can hear neighbour’s conversations loud and clear. Housekeeping is abysmal. Of the 7 days we were there. There was only one day that housekeeping cleaned the room properly. No sound insulation from outside. You can hear the planes landing/taking off at all hours of the night."

"I found this hotel to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is very clean and well managed. The Staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located conveniently near a bus stop that also stops at the MRT stations as it winds its way through town. We stayed 7 days. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers."
