"Hotel is conveniently located by the airport, no need to step outside to get to the check-in area. Hotel is clean, gym amenities are ok. Our room was spacious, but there should be a way to darken some of the windows (impossible to have a completely dark room). One negative: we could hear the planes taking off."

"I booked a 6 hr stay with this hotel, & I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The checkout for my hotel was 11, & my flight wasn’t until 10:50pm. This 6 hr stay really allowed my family, & I to get a few hrs of sleep, an excellent lunch, & a fresh shower all while being through the airport check in! First I had to go to my terminal and get my boarding pass, then I took the Skytrain back to Terminal 1. "We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."
