I REALLY liked the room I was in; it looked exactly like the listing I saw. The way the was furnished, and with all the nice accents, it felt like I was staying at a friend's or relative's house. It was very comfortable!

The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic amenities that made it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The front desk staff—Alejandro, Francisco, and Luis—were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The place was very clean in general, room, swimming pool, cafeteria etc. Parking is kind of small especially if big trucks park in the small bays. I'm very happy over all, staff is very Friendly Alex and the guy at night shift too( did not know his name) he was very helpful trying to accommodate my car in the parking lot next to this huge trucks.
