The location was great, incredibly safe, spacious dwelling. Despite being a rental, the managing office was available for assistance and provided transportation within the marina. The access to the private beach clubs was my favorite feature.

The sunset view was amazing. The property is huge space and very clean.. But Mosquito bite during night. Check in office is confusing for find first visior. One part of bath room has no hot water working.

The room was nice and as pictured, that’s why it’s getting a star! However, during our entire 4 night stay, one of the bedroom toilet was closed to us. The front desk told us it was due to a leak from the condo above us. But for whatever reason, we were unable to use that toilet and the leak caused a horrible sewage smell to linger during our entire trip. This made it difficult to stay in that room at all, we had to sleep on the couch. We notified the front desk but all they did was spray the room. That doesn’t really solve the issue as the smell would just come back. They did not offer us any other compensation for this setback. Maybe even a complimentary housekeeping for one day would have been nice ($25 USD otherwise). Overall, I have to say it is a poorly managed company and I would mostly likely not book again. I had a much better experience staying at vista coral condos or playa de la Paz oceanfront from direct owners. This review is for the condos at vistamar. It can be confusing because it has other sections such as blue indigo hotel or las colinas. So future renters are aware, vistamar has its own gym and pool. Sounds great but the downside is, the pool is not heated. This mattered for us because in January, it was cold! Also, the gym is 24 hours but a third of the equipment wasn’t functional. Also, parking was very limited. It’s first come first serve and fits about 15 cars; which is not a lot for a huge building. The alternative is to park about 1 mile away.

The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool.

Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!

Headboard damaged by cats scratching on it, furniture damaged by cats. We have allergies to cats had to leave with no refund. Property old and neglected. Major construction behind property. No indication of location on Expedia website. Property far away up on hillside. Had to pay extra for golf cart in order to be able to get to beach club.

The beds were very comfortable, the unit was amazing, I really loved it. The only thing I dis not like is that when you check in they offer you a complementary pick up service from Your room to the beach clubs, what I did not know is that they were going to get upset for not tiping for that complemenatry ride, first they told me that the service was until 9pm and the next day they said that it was until 8:30pm and we were already at the beach club, that is why I think they were upset because we did not tip maybe it was our fault. Other than that everything is amazing.
