"We were unfortunately only there for one night but the property and the staff were delightful and even brought us boxed breakfasts at 3 AM before an early flight out.
The property is remarkable with several pools, trails, and views. Worth the price of admission for that alone, but the staff knows what they are doing."

"Woww! 10/10 recommend!! This hotel is super unique and incredibly beautiful! The architecture blends nature with old colonial style. The room we were given was huge, but no windows only a skylight in the living room area. The room had a huge jacuzzi, large shower and bathroom, and was very comfortable. "Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! The grounds are meticulously cared...

"Absolutely stunning resort. The staff was incredible. The food was amazing. And it’s gorgeous. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others!

"Cuando llegamos, no había nadie en la recepción. El spa está muy bueno excelente servicio, sin embargo, el mobiliario ya está muy deteriorado los sillones se ven manchados y hoyos. El vapor huele a humedad y se veía sucio.tambien el baño está hasta un poco peligroso para gente adulta mayor. En esta ocasión me quedé con un sabor agridulce, el personal muy pero el hotel necesita una renovación de mobiliario"
