"All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). The room, the ambience, the service, the food, the environment, the plunge pools,...everything was so so amazing. "Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful.
