"This was our second stay. The hotel is clean, food decent, bartenders efficient & friendly, shows are well done & they do a good job with a variety of activities.
There was a concerning issue this trip that they didn't seem to share my concern because it wasn't fixed days later. There is a pool intake valve near the bridge from one pool to the other that was dangerous. We reported it, multiple people came, they took pictures yet no one fixed it. It sucked my adult daughters hand, broke her...
