"I had a good time staying there until the time I checked out this morning. The guy at the front desk was rude and so unprofessional. He asked me if I had eaten any snacks or drink any alcohol in my room.i told him I didn’t even see them. He kept asking me over and over.Then he told me if I eat in the dining room I need to pay for it. I told him it was charge d to the room. He was rude and totally ruined my day. "

"I do travel a lot. this year I visited Tampa Florida, Barcelona Spain, Cancun Mexico, Paris France, Athens Greece and now Cairo Egypt. Stay bridge is the best Hotel I have stayed in 2023. Excellent service, awesome staff and good value for your money. Love it. Definitely top of my list next time I am in Cairo, Egypt."

"The staff at Movenpick went out of their way to look after us. They were very friendly and polite. The food was nice and organic. Ms Nada always offered a warm welcome at the restaurant entrance. Mr Ahmad and Mr Marvan made special drinks for us at the lobby bar. Many Mr Mohamads also did their best. The hotel building has aged a bit and some facilities need to be fixed but there seems to be a renovation program in place. Will definetly visit again ! "

"The rooms were not clean. Also, the rooms should be maintained properly as they got old and were very consumed. The pool should be bigger and real isolated with other properties. The biggest disadvantage on this property, it is noisy hotel. The concert were in front of the hotel and they leave after 2 PM. Therefore, I could take enough sleep at that day. "
