"I have stayed at different hotels in Cairo and this one is one of the best. The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. The rooftop restaurant with a pyramid view for breakfast was great. They organized a stress free shuttle for me when I arrived. When I come back, I am booking with them every time."

"Le camere sono ampie ben organizzate, con acqua, the e caffe gratuiti, anche il bagno è ampio ed attrezzato. Il personale è gentile attento e disponibile, il ristorante con terrazza sul Grande Museo Egizio è ottimo. L'albergo è in una zona un po' isolata dove è difficile muoversi a piedi. Unica pecca il piumino sopra il letto, a giugno Al Cairo era sufficiente un lenzuolo..."

"Very helpful staff, and you could choose what time you wanted to receive breakfast. The rooms were very modernly decorated. And the driver was already waiting at the airport to take me directly to the hotel."

"I arrived at the hotel . Late at night by the free pick up provided by the hotel I was greeted with a warm friendly greeting and smile by the 2 reception staff . And was escorted to my room The downstairs room ( i requested as I have disability and mobility problems) was perfect . Although it does not have a window ( this did not bother me at all ) The manager did offer me another room ,but I declined The room was clean ,bright smelled fresh The aircon was brilliant ,TV had numerous ...

"Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience. Nous sommes arrivés vers 2h du matin. Une chambre nous a été donné au dernier étage. Nous avons été très surpris de l’état de la chambre qui était une sorte de bungalow en terrasse près de la piscine. Comme nous étions fatigués, nous avons couché dans la chambre. L’état était déplorable. La chambre était petite, 2 lits au lieu d’un seul. La pièce d’eau était nulle. Le lendemain, nous avons négocié. Une chambre normale nous a été donnée pour la nuit...

Das Restaurant am rooftop mit Blick auf die pyramiden war das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Besonderer Dank an den Chef Heney, der ist zu allen Fragen mit Rat zur Seite stand. Das Essen war wunderbar und absolut empfehlenswert, auch Sonderwünsche wurden unverzüglich umgesetzt. Alkohol wird nicht ausgeschenkt."
