"The hotel is outside Aswan in New Aswan (about 20 minutes drive) so is very remote. It's a gorgeous location overlooking the Nile with the pools all facing that way. There are two gyms, one tiny one in the hotel itself and the other one where they need to drive you 10 minutes to the spa. We didn't realise that as it was a shame as the impression given was it was on site, but the drive meant it wasn't convenient and we couldn't use it based on the timings of our activities. "We paid for one of the most expensive rooms so we expected much. requested an early checked in at 2 which it didn’t happen, we ended up to the room by 3:40 not even at the check in time at 3. Food is decent not the best, juices and drinks are low quality, at the buffet don’t ask for water because they will give you a cup of water not bottles. We had 3 bathrooms in the room which one of them wasn’t working ( didn’t care since it’s only 4 of us ) they recommended us to the ultra unlimited which is...

"Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.. "
