"The staff was marvelous, sweet and kind offering options all the time going above and beyond either for room, service housekeeping, and the top of all are the dining serving people The hotel is great, clean quite very accessible. Very easy to go to everywhere through the elevator no traveling time located in a very beautiful area. I can say I felt home sweet home and very much pampered from the staff. Congratulations Stella. You are the best."

"This hotel is way better than the pictures shared online. It’s clean and generally looks fantastic. The staff is helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There are Spa and other service offerings on the property and those people working in this can be really pushy to an irritation trying to force and sell you their offerings. They come every 5 minutes with items and services on offer at the beach when all you’d like is to relax and rest. The food was above par although they’d repeat 80% of their offering. The reception staff is phenomenal. "

"They allowed us to check in very early and the bed was wonderful. We ate at LSB, the sports bar where the portions were huge. Later we dined at China Red restaurant and once again the food was delicious and generous when it came to servings. The staff throughout the facility were amazing!"
