"Check-in had to phone, didnt have my resevation. Nervous wait for someone to assist. Checkout was frustrating. Dropped key in box, then realised need key to get to my car via lift. Luckilly could fish out a key to get out. Nice place but communication was lacking."

"It was so close to the hotel for dinner and drinks. The air-conditioner and fridge were noisy but still ok. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows ( we are cold frogs) The plunger coffee was fabulous! Bugs in bathroom during the night when putting light on to go to loo! "

"Hosts were beautiful people, very welcoming and accomodating. Location is spectacular, with premium suites, set up perfectly. Chef on site with the highest quality of food and drinks for every meal. So much history on the island and surrounding areas with plenty of fun and interesting activities. My wife and I had the best time and cannot wait to be back!! "

"We stayed at Yehs hotel Sydney Harbour suites for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The lobby was welcoming and the staff very friendly and useful. Our suite was comfortable although a bit dated however, everything worked well. We found the sofa a bit uncomfortable but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location, able to walk everywhere we wanted and also close to the public transit."
