"Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers."

"Parking was cheap, safe and efficient. Allowed to leave car there while attending appointment at the hospital nearby
All facilities needed for a stay if you had someone in nepean hospital

"Do Not Stay Here: Bugs, Filth, and Hostile Staff
Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had to cut our stay short and flee this property due to systemic hygiene and pest issues.
Our first room was heavily soiled with hair on the floor. When moved to a second room, we found leftover food scraps and a greasy hairdryer. The building has an active pest problem—we saw bugs crawling in the public elevator and woke up to a live cockroach in our room while packing our bags.
The worst part was the staff's...
