"We are from Dallas and when we want to get away and hangout in Deep Ellum. We always stay here . Room are super nice , bed is soft. Everything is clean Nd they provide the guest with 2 free bottle waters which it’s the little things that count. "

"Due to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head. "Everything about this property was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it and so did I! Dog friendly, perfect for the summer time, H U G E gym facilities AND spa?! Seriously. They have everything. You shouldn’t have to leave the hotel for a single thing. It’s several restaurants available, bars, even shopping! Inside the hotel! I will be booking with them again. The best hotel by far !"

"This hotel was recommended by a friend and im glad she recommended it, it was one of the best hotels i stayed in, its unique, comfy, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful, it was kind of hot in there but only cause of texas heat but my room was cool i just left curtains closed and lights off and room stayed cool, i did not want to leave lol i will be staying again!"

"We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!"
