Cari Hotel di Kaunti Tarrant

"Hotel was nice, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really good."

"The hotel was beautifully decorated"

"When we booked it didn’t tell us the water park would be closed. Which is the main reason we booked for the kids. Had to go to great wolf lodge for the water park experience because they were open. Technically we stayed at the Gaylord just to sleep. Mmmm probably won’t go back"

"Such a great hotel. Very clean and smells amazing! Close to everything! Staff was wonderful! Pool was also amazing and clean! Very great stay and will always stay here when we visit Dallas."

"Horrible customer experience. They would not allow us to check in one hour early unless we paid $60. They do not care about their customers. Will never return"

"Awesome stay.!"

"Whilst this is a very big hotel, it still felt very personal. This was in no small part to the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. The rooms were of a good size and quality and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with good personal products available. The rooms and public areas were vey clean and well presented with the historical centre only a short walk away. I would stay here on any future visits to Dallas"

"Downtown close to alot of amenities"

"We booked our room thru Expedia for our anniversary. Apparently the hotel closed due to repairs on their heating system. We arrived to find signs stating they were closed. An employee let us in the lobby and told us that all reservations were transferred to the Omni Hotel Dallas. We did not receive a notice to this effect. We prepaid for our room and asking Expedia to refund our room cost back to the credit card used. We have stayed there previously and it is an outstanding property"
