In several attempts to reach accounting absolute zero success and VM says it’s closed without giving office hours or email. Zero worth the money.Dont recommend"

"Our week-long stay in a King Bed suite was terrific. The amount of space was so helpful, and the updated bathroom was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, without exception (we interacted with close to a dozen staff members throughout the week, often informally). Given the historical nature of the building, there are quirks. The hot water took awhile to arrive in our shower-- but it always did arrive! We were high up (24th floor), so maybe that was part of it. The elevators are small...
