I had a great stay at this hotel. It was centrally located around so many things, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again! The breakfast food at their restaurant was amazing as well!

I visited twice and both times were great. Staff are friendly. Rooms are quiet and the views of the city/river are amazing. Hotel is very clean.

Spacious and clean room. Staff were very cordial. If I ever went back to Chicago, will always prefer Royal Sonesta.
