Cari Hotel di Kaunti Chester

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"I select stays based on verified reviews. So this stay surprised me. Unless my room was one off, my room was far from nice, let alone clean or maintained. The moment I turned on lights, it was obvious the floor was not sweep in days if not longer as it was littered with everything from leaves, food and dead insects, the floor was slightly warped and damaged due to possible water damage, paint was peeling from the ceiling and the bathroom was rusty on some metal objects. Not great. Sat down to...

"Great place"

"The room was very clean and very spacious. We travelled with our toddler and there was plenty of space for her to play. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast which was fine. Overall it was a nice place to stay at. And there was a lot of stores and places to eat around there"

"The staff was wonderful, clean rooms."

"The breakfast was great and the staff in the entire facility was so kind"

"Expedia let us book and pay in full for a room. We arrived at the hotel to find they were fully booked and that they had no room available for us. All other hotels in the area were also booked, so we were really out of luck. We wasted an entire evening and have to wait for my credit card to ge refunded. If the hotel saw the booking, knowing the situation, a courtesy phone call would have been helpful before we drove all the way to the hotel."

"Stayed here for a long weekend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was decent. Waffles, omelettes, bacon, bagels, etc. There was always plenty to eat. It got a little crowded on the weekends but the staff were quick to replenish everything as needed. The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. I would recommend getting a room facing the rear of the hotel if possible. It keeps you from hearing highway traffic all night. Overall a great stay. Would...

"The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was nice as well. There were no people anywhere in sight. Our first room, we had to walk out of. It had a constant loud running noise in the bathroom. The tub was dirty, the lampshades were yellowed, and ripped. The hallways smelled of smoke, and there were several garbage bags sitting in the halls. We immediately got a room change, the bathroom was cleaner, all five lamp shades were yellowed, and partially torn, but for $84 we put up with it. The breakfast...
