"I would have given this hotel a 5 star review if it were not for housekeeping. Everyone we interacted with was great. Our room was lovely and had amazing views of the city. The gym was nice, the breakfast was good and I appreciated the evening happy hour. The woman who was pouring the drinks was very engaging and awesome. I understand that housekeeping only comes every other day and that was explained ahead of time and we were good with that. However, we had 4 people registered to our room and...

"My room as well as my friend’s room was not touched by housekeeping the day after we arrived. I went down to complain at the front desk that night so they had replacement towels sent up. The person who brought them said that if the house keepers don’t have time after cleaning rooms that that have been vacated, then they don’t get to the other rooms.
