"Housekeeping never came by our room. I called front desk and no one ever picked up. Even after going down to complain to the front desk in the morning and again at night, and letting them know we also needed towels, they said they would send housekeeping and they no one ever came by. We stayed 5 days and never got towels. I was told I would get a credit 3-5 business days and no credit has been made. I even provided my Hilton rewards number to front desk and have checked the app daily."

"First time in this hotel, we patronize Hiltons, close to UPenn why chose, minor inconveniences but can tolerate and hotel will compensate, nice restaurant in ground floor (Louie Louie), nice living room to burn time and have drinks, nice staff, breakfast buffet in university club very good for price, overall highly recommended"
