"It was a lovely stay. Anyone thinking for it should definitely stay here. Parking garage is nearby that charges $12 all day on weekends!"

"Great spot and location! Murph’s right down the street great bar!"

"Easy access, easy parking areas nearby, good downtown location"

"I like the set up,,it was efficient, comfortable, and cozy."

"The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay."

"Great experience and great location"

"This property is a Monet… from afar it’s beautiful but up close it’s a mess. There was only two cups in the room. The bed was hard and the pillows were old and hard. The room was clean however, it wasn’t properly taken care of."

"Very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty, with unclean carpets and sofa, bugs, a broken door, and poorly washed kitchen utensils. We had to leave immediately after checking in and book a hotel instead. Definitely not the condition expected for the price."

"It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!"

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."

"Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good."

"Everything was convenient for my travel, and the check in was easy."

"Great stay!!! Nice location"

"Nice neighborhood. Clean apartment. Please be aware apartment is on 3rd floor. Steps are steep!"

"This is the rare rental that looks better in person than in the pictures! Great location--a quick walk to Rittenhouse Square. Will definitely book it again!"

"Room was dirty"

"In a nice area, sits right by a cafe, clean, and very secure."
