"This property has gone steeply downhill since our last stay here. We come into town every couple of months and this hotel had been our go-to for a couple of years. The morning after we arrived, we saw bright pink lipstick on our fitted bedsheet; not mine as I had no makeup with me. There was also a dark brown-black smear on one of the lampshades. "First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating. The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. With the hotel being a mere few minutes from the airport, it's ideal to save yourself from having to get up earlier than you need to. "Really expected better customer service. Upon arrival I valid my vehicle in Porter took my bags but had no cart to put them on so had to carry them like a football. "We were there when it was busy because of a college graduation, and everyone was on their toes. No wait in lobby, staff friendly, professional, and efficient. Great lobby atmosphere. Room large and immaculate, had extra towels, lots of space for belongings. Beds were super-comfortable! Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. We've stayed in nearby comparable hotels but will return to this one."
