"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time."

"The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep."

"This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be."

"The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it."

The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient."
