"Amazing hotel in a great location"

"The facility was clean, but this beautiful hotel needs a facelift! A good facelift. It looks very old and outdated which made it seem dirty, which is unfortunate. It is located in a most beautiful area and houses two very nice restaurants. I really didn't interact with the staff that much, so I can't really speak on that too deeply. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved how around the sink there was space to put my toiletries/makeup. I am allergic to nicotine, and when my car was returned, there was a strong cigarette smell inside, particularly around the driver’s seat. It appeared that the driver may have been smoking before or while handling my vehicle. I had to pull over afterward and sanitize my car because the smell and secondhand smoke were irritating. "I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel shuttle driver said he would arrive at the airport in 20 minutes. Keep in mind the hotel is less than 15 minutes away from the airport. He said he needed to put gas in the shuttle. I waited 30 minutes before calling the hotel again and asked if there was anything they could do.
