"Room stunck of smoke /urine . I did not ask for a smoking room. Disgusting. Staff not pleasant not helpful Checkin was through a cashier window No lobby Iceroom was filthy with mouldy mattesses inside. A/C was dirty and stinky Tv had no reception Not able to log onto wifi Toilet had no seat Bathroom door did not close as it was the wrong size door. and had no handle (not that it mattered). Walkways were littered with all sorts of trash. Overall its absolutey a negative 10 rating."
