"Stayed for 1 night to beak up our drive from MA to NC. The room was spacious, but the carpet in the room was lifting if certain areas and was very dirty. The furniture was also old and needed updating. The staff was not too helpful or friendly. Since we were traveling with a family of 5 it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast, but that was also not an option. For the price we paid, I would not stay at this property again."

"My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. "The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful my husband really enjoyed having a gym right down the hall. And it’s pet friendly so my Pup was welcomed also"

"Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect."

"It was okay definitely outdated for my liking I definitely will go with another hotel in the area for a little more cost just to be more comfortable but for the price point I suppose it's decent esp if you just using it just for a nights stay or will mostly be busy out during the stay."

"This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. Easy reservation and immediate communication from the hotel. Prompt shuttle pickup from the airport. Great driver. Clean property and the front desk checked me in efficiently. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this location."

"The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement ."

"This is out favorite dependable hotel giventm the issues of many midprice hotels of house parties, rooms given out fot social services, etc.; this works for us. Rooms are clean and spacious, they have a refrigerator, I wish they had a microwave, but I know that’s not common in this type of hotel. We’ve never used the breakfast or the dining room. "I stayed there 5 nights. Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful at the time of check in and check out. But they have very short staff. Room was big and spaceous but was not very clean. There were hairs in bed. We were three people and they just gave two towels. They do clean every alternate day but the rooms were not clean after cleaning there were hairs on the floors. And at first there was almost used toilet paper after check-in and I have to call front desk three times to replace toilet...
