"We will not stay there again. Staff were slow and rude. We called about the AC not cooling the room and the staff said there was no maintenance and offered a refund. When we first entered the room there was a big puddle just inside the front door from when they power-washed the entire outside. "The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) "On Sunday night, July 5, the fire alarm rang off twice in the middle night. Power outages were consistently happening throughout that night. No compensation was offered. I did not have a pleasant stay and would like a refund."
