Everything was clean !!! Checked in early due to my transportation. Lori at the front desk was so friendly and kind. Definitely coming back when I come visit Baltimore again.
There were trash under my bed.
Check in was okay. The guy that checked me in was great. There was another guy, maybe the manger on duty, when I checked in (Feb 4, 330 to 4pm) that wasnt friendly. Nice view out my window.
Amazing staff, very clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of things. Honestly, some of the best customer service from Lorrie, the operations manager that I have seen from almost any hotel I've been to. Personable, friendly, and funny.
It’s a nice hotel on the harbor. The room was nice and it was clean. Check in was easy and the location was good. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the price relative to how nice the property and room was , we’re not aligned.
It’s nice but at 300+ for the night I can’t give it 5 stars.
I really enjoyed our stay we were checked quickly and they gave us an extra hour for check out ! Thank you I will stay here again also everything is close by
