Convenient location, within walking distance to downtown , Museums and hotel is next to a trail that runs along the waterfront. Quiet , safe , clean and very comfortable classy boutique hotel. I love staying here every time I visit.
The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless and spacious with a lovely view over the inlet and no noise later in the evening. The cafe was great; did not try the restaurant this time. All in all a lovely place to stay for the one night we were in Victoria. Will use again.
Great hotel in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth, the room was quiet and cozy, and the service throughout my stay was amazing. Highly recommended for both business and leisure.
Staff were amazing, super friendly, and helpful. It felt like they had known us for years. Our room was immaculate and housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Right down to placing my grandson's favorite stuffy on his pillow. Facilities were well maintained and pool area was fully stocked with fresh towels, and pool toys for the little ones! A great family escape.
Spotless room, amazing staff, beautiful view and location. So close to downtown, without the commotion, to sleep peacefully at night. Convenient parking.
