"During our stay, we arrived to find only a few sheets of toilet tissue in the bathroom. Despite contacting the front desk immediately and following up again the next morning, the issue was never addressed. We eventually had to order a delivery via DoorDash just to obtain basic necessities. This was a disappointing experience that fell well below the Hilton standard I have come to expect."
