"Super lækkert værelse - rent og stort. Lækkert interiør og pænt stort badeværelse. Ligger tæt på U-bahn. Ind- og udtjekning foregår elektronisk og fungerer upåklageligt. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage. "

"I had read previous reviews about unwelcoming staff / unfriendly atmosphere. well I can absolutely say that couldnt be further from the truth. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Always a friendly smile and polite chat from the staff.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you could ask for. They are also cleaned daily if needed. The facilities are also great the spa area was a perfect wind down after a long day out exploring.
10/10 would recommend, and we will...

"we used to rent a car during our yearly tour of Europe. So, it's rather essential to get a hotel further away from the city center for parking reason. We were glad not to rent a car this year and get the hotel right in the heart of Madrid, and Gay Hostal Puerta del sol served us perfectly in this aspect. It was a very splendid vacation for us."
