"The staff and grounds were amazing. Loved the garden and the character of Gray’s Court. The bed and mattress in our room are in need of an upgrade as the mattress sagged a bit and the bed frame croaked with every motion."

If you did have a car there seemed...

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty good location too, only 10 minute walk to city centre.
Check in and checkout was very straightforward and there’s maps available at the front desk of the city centre and surrounding areas, staff at front desk explain very well how to get to places.
Would stay again on my next trip to York :)"
