"Hotel public areas and room very clean. Did mark down condition only because the room had a few scuff marks in various places, probably caused by clumsy quests but also curtain was also not on track so looked a bit messy. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ran well, plenty of food available and good choice, not the top quality ingredient but acceptable and a good start to the day. Staff were on top of clearing tables and topping up foods, well done all. It took a bit of getting used to...

"Very good hotel. Very clean The only problem I felt was that the swimming pool area is quite tired and needs updated but I still enjoyed it. The pool is clean and very warm! "

"Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Glasgow, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bahnhof und Geschäfte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straße ist belebt, am Wochenende auch nachts, aber im Hotel bekommt man davon nichts mit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bad sehr modern. Ich würde wieder herkommen und es auch weiterempfehlen."
