"We are a family of five and LOVED our stay at Athena! This place is a gem! All staff we met were beyond kind, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and perfect, we felt so lucky to have reserved it at the last minute. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was super convenient as well! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor
although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good
