"Staff member Hava, who was on reception when my daughter and I arrived was very warm and welcoming and made a lasting impression on my daughter. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hava and the gentleman on reception in the morning who brought us complimentary hot sandwiches at breakfast. This is a fantastic budget hotel made extra special by the staff."

"Veldig bra hotell. Ren, rolig, fin. Nær sentrum. Perfekt for å slappe av og nytte. 30 min fra London senter med tog. Tog stasjon 10 min spasere fra hotellet, rett i Epsom senter. Masse kaffe, shopping. Elsket det"

"Good central location, local council car parking nearby. Being top floor it is very warm in the summer needing windows to be open all night, young families on either side so quite noisy with windows open, would not recommend to stay here in summer months"
