Very little interaction with them except a few calls. 3 stars is because of the smell of mildew and mold but it may be something they cannot control in a tropical location. However, it is so close to the National Volcano Park. We didn’t waste time driving to get there. Able to arrive early without having to wake up too early."

"Der Grund hier zu Übernachten sollte die Nähe zum Nationalpark sein. Dafür ist es gut aber nicht mehr. Fehlende Erfahrung mit internationalen Gästen hinsichtlich der Checkin Anweisungen. Zudem hätte die Unterkunft gepflegter und sauberer sein können. Bsp. Bettlaken mit leichten Flecken und ungepflegter Holzboden am WC (war echt nicht schön) Die Betreiber darauf hingewiesen und mit einem OK von ihnen kommentiert."

"Beds are so comfortable. Lovely grounds , spa is great with hot tub and sauna that you can reserve for private time. Birds can be noisy but you get used to them and actually look forward to hearing and seeing them around the property. "
