"This is a lovely B&B in a heritage home. The ocean was right outside my window and there was a lovely sitting area in the room. Breakfast was delicious, and the owners and managers were very kind. It is located just across the bridge from historic downtown Hilo, so it’s quiet but convenient for restaurants and shopping. "

"Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin."

"My stay at Aaron's Cottage was good, they left detailed instructions on how to self check-in once I arrived. The property itself is close to a beach in the back, close to downtown Hilo, some tourist attractions and restaurants that can be easily accessed with a car. The unit was cleaned and well stocked with essential amenities, it has an air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep the place cool. There's a communal kitchen that can be used if opt to stay in. "No TVs in the room made it easy to spend all day in the ocean which is conveniently located very close to the property. The staff were very chill and incredibly friendly. The beds were so comfy and the a/cs worked like a dream for relaxing after a long day of exploring and swimming. Definitely a return customer for life. "
