Host was very accommodating by offering to deliver to-go breakfasts as we had an early morning flight. I recommend the Lanikai Brewing Co for dinner if you stay here- the best food we ate in Hawaii for adults and kids- also great beer and excellent cocktail lists with low-key come as you are feel (i.e. sweatpants)."

"Such a nice and cozy spot in a beautiful area of Hilo. So close to the main part of town but the property feels like you’re in your own jungle oasis right next to the ocean. The staff was always available and very accommodating to us and our toddler. We would love to come back to Hilo and specifically stay here again. "

The 1/2 mile loop trail behind the property was a fun morning picker-upper to get the day started. "Very nice cabin for family. The treat basket was delicious with papaya, bananas, and danish. The 2 gallons of water were good for consumption. Catchment water was good for bathing and dish washing. Staff personnel are low stress with an easy process. We'll be back. "
