The staff was wonderful especially Vikor who was outstanding. He helped us with booking our flights because we had internet problems with our phones etc. He was so helpful. Breakfast was very good but be careful if you want to order for omelettes which is 6 euros more. A minor problem with the water drainage in the bathtub. The location of the hotel was good near to cafes and shopping.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good with different things each day, and the room was spacious, clean and well presented. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and there is lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed by stay and would definitely stay again.

El hotel en general esta muy bien, es de las pocas veces que pienso que me dieron mas de lo que pague. La habitación amplia y cómoda pero tienen muchos pequeños detalles que hacen que el hotel sea de los mejores en que he estado. Te dejan dos cápsulas diarias de Nespresso, el buffet en el restaurante super bien también con muy buen café pero sobre todo la extrema amabilidad del personal.

Room was very noisy and small for 4* hotel, the facilities in the room were inadequate, only 1 chair for a triple room, 4 hangers for a week stay, lack of wardrobe or bed drawers, no sofa or anywhere to sit apart from beds, TV above a small children bed (even small for a 4 years old, bed that is hooked under a desk.. so plenty head bangs). Impossible to watch TV because there is nowhere to sit. Lack of proper bar or proper restaurant, bought using the breakfast area space, which is small and tables too close to each other.

Clean, quiet and well appointed hotel, located between two Metro stations.Easy access from and to the airport via Metro from the nearby Trinidad station. . Efficient check in by friendly reception staff. Walking distance to Balhao Market, many cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket. I would happily stay at this hotel on any future visits to Porto.

Would highly recommend for the central location. We had a nice quiet room (409) which was clean although had a humorous toilet which made noises when sitting on it (needs some adjusting but made us giggle for the weekend!). 8 euro for a 2ltr bottle of water not so good but perhaps thats hotel prices (although was offered for free the night before).
