"Eduardo at Concierge was excellent. He provided excellent advice & went out of his way to help us find our missing hoodie. The room, however, could be better. There was a housefly buzzing around, the handsoap bottle was not replenished & there was no tissue paper."

"This was by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the facilities were spotless and beautifully designed. "Stunning hotel in an amazing location! So easy to get over to the “Porto” side but also great location for accessing the cellars and park etc of Gaia. The hotel is spotless, very well thought out and considered and has good amenities. The breakfast is worth paying for! The views are great, staff very friendly and we would not hesitate to come back. The only criticism is that it would be good to have access to a coffee machine in room/ in a shared area as I feel other hotels at a similar price point offer this and we did miss this in our stay but that’s a very minor point! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay"

"If you are visiting Porto with a car this is the place to stay. Easy parking. Close to the old city. We drive into the old Porto at night and got lucky with parking but if I had to do it again I would uber it in and walk around. The sunset from this property is stunning. Stunning over the Atlantic. Hotel was very comfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel - well designed, uniquely set and surrounded by a picturesque garden. Very relaxing ambiance. Gym facilities are nice. Good playground for kids. Breakfast has good choices and worth the price. Rooms are clean, have good space, and are contemporary. Staff are well trained and are accommodating.. it is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and main sites. Parking is easy and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough. "
