"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"This is the highlight of my trip to Japan. A necessary repreive from the busyness of Tokyo with nature at my doorstep. Making my own breakfast was not ‘roughing it’.. my kids and I loved it.. along with a relaxing evening campfire.. I can’t say enough about this place.. Fuji’s power in the perfect spot.. I slept like I haven’t slept in years.. Staff were also incredible!"

"By far the most serene and peaceful experience of my life. I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff is. Our room was upgraded and we had a corner suite of 3 large rooms overlooking the mountains and the river. I was astonished how luxurious the rooms and food are. Each night we had an 8 course meal, each morning a huge breakfast. Honestly, it was too much food - that’s the only complaint I have!
