I love how beautiful this property is, close to shopping and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay, I loved the onsen on the property. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Fujikawaguchiko. Perfect place to stay to see Mt Fuji while still enjoying the peace from tourists.
Room was really clean, the staff were super nice really enjoyed my interactions with them. The onsen was great. Wish I spent more time there, the sauna was super hot. The buffet is a big thing there but that for me was the weakest part of the experience.
Had a great sleep in a large room. Lounge has great views, missed out on the onset so I’ll have to come back to try it. Language barrier was no issue thanks to technology. Very nice staff.
It was a memorable opportunity to live and enjoy tradition. I don't think I will ever sleep so well again. Very clean and the staff were very hospitable. Just remember to book for meals early on.
Relaxing and great for my two kids! Beautiful views and very clean. Not much to do outside of the hotel because it rained during our stay. Spent most of our time on the top floor playing with my kids.
It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
