"Great sized rooms. We opted for a balcony room which was nice to have! Such a huge and comfy bed! Usual shower facilities (not too much space to move in it but it did the job) but also had a really good sized bath! Everything everywhere from entrance to bars to corridors to rooms was immaculately clean.the staff were all incredibly up beat, polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Liverpool. Great location right at the side of the cavern quarter and near all...

"What a beautiful hotel! The style of the room ( I was in the Horse Racing style room) was amazingly done, modern but with traditional features, the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! Very chic! Will definitely return again. The staff were amazing from check in to requests, nothing was too much trouble. The smell of the lobby was devine. Breakfast was delicious with great choice and a wonderfully friendly waiter. Lovely stay thank you! "
