"Quick and easy check-in. Lovely room, air-conditioned. Spacious and full bathroom.
We used the pool and spa area, which is lovely. Very helpful staff.
Breakfast was slightly chaotic, it was a Sunday morning so predictably busy and they seem to be shortstaffed. The newly served fried eggs were cold, as were the plates but generally it was ok!
I felt sorry for the staff because they were doing a great job despite being understaffed.
The room was meticulously clean.
I would stay here again as...

"A very comfortable, homely place to stay in the heart of the very English village of Stockton Heath.
The host was very friendly and helpful producing a yummy breakfast daily at a time to suit each visitor."

"Pro: Close to city center.
Con: Parking was a nightmare… nothing available at the hotel; sent to public parking where the instructions for overnight were cryptic… ended up with a £25 fine."
