"Our room was really clean and made up daily with new towels, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool/gym/sauna facilities. The water pressure in the shower and loo wasn’t great, possibly because we were on the top (7th) floor ( no view, no balconies). I thought it odd that no wine glasses were provided, but the hotel’s restaurant happily provided us with glasses and an ice bucket complete with ice ! The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was good and well priced ( there are happy hours several days of the week). Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as Brunetti’s was just on the corner ☺️ The position of the VIC is very central to food, shopping, attractions and transport."

"The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The location was fantastic so close to everything and easy access to trams/transport. Staff were nice and it was great they are open 24/7 as I arrived after midnight. I didn’t try the restaurant, bit it always looked busy at breakfast. I would happily stay here again. "

"Absolutely outstanding stay at Atlantis Hotel. From the moment I arrived I was blown away by how amazing the staff are. The reception team are truly next level welcoming, friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. They go out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for and nothing is ever too much trouble. Every interaction felt genuine and warm and the level of professionalism across the entire hotel is exceptional. It honestly could not be a better experience. The service alone makes Atlantis Hotel stand out as one of the best places I have ever stayed. Huge credit to the reception staff and the whole team for creating such an awesome and memorable experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone."
