"We stayed for 3 nights. Just a bed to sleep in really don’t expect much more. Had mould in our shower and room only made up once with amenities not replenished. Had to call up for more toilet paper. Otherwise good location and easy walking distance to everything "

"Great location. Got the room at an incredibly cheap rate. The room had an odd smell and felt grubby and low socio economic. However, the room was sark, quiet and I slept amazingly. Based on the cheap price this was a good stay."

"The room was terrible,stains on the pillows and on the quilts.Shower hadn't been cleaned, mould on the floor and on the ceiling.... Only positive was the reception staff and the refund they provided in regards to the issues."

"The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter."

"Breakfast banquet was lovely. Plenty of variety. Fresh and pleasant surrounds. Staff were helpful and informative. Bathroom products excellent. A welcome card and treat was in our room as we were celebrating a very special occasion. "

"Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested. The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button. "
