"We had an amazing stay with a beautiful city view. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks, which was absolutely incredible. KozyGuru provided efficient and responsive service—when the ironing board was missing and the vacuum wasn’t working, they sent replacements the very next day. We really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, close to Melbourne Central, great cafés, and public transport."

"Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. "

"Our room was really clean and made up daily with new towels, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool/gym/sauna facilities. The water pressure in the shower and loo wasn’t great, possibly because we were on the top (7th) floor ( no view, no balconies). I thought it odd that no wine glasses were provided, but the hotel’s restaurant happily provided us with glasses and an ice bucket complete with ice ! The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was good and well priced ( there are happy hours several days of the week). Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as Brunetti’s was just on the corner ☺️ The position of the VIC is very central to food, shopping, attractions and transport."
