"Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍. Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks "

"I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel the staff makes a huge different. Very friendly and always there to help. The other thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Al salam Mall and the Andelus mall. Train station al sulaimanya is 10 minutes of walk. Tim horten, McDonald's, 1/2 Million, bakery, convenience store, gas station, many other cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A very larg supermarket is 5 minuts of walk. Good hotel, shocking housekeeping.

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Was having a problem with my booking at first because my booking was not in their system. So Hotels.com team communicate with the hotels team to settle.manage to get thru at last. Partial Kaabah view. It was a quick stay but i am very grateful to stay here."
