"There was a really loud buzzing noise in the green tower building no matter what floor I was on. I had switched my room three times already there was mold in the first room. After switching from the 10th floor to the eighth floor and then to the fifth floor, there was a buzzing sound in the walls that I cannot get any rest in the room because it was so loud."

"My only complaint is that the rooms are small. The room with king bed had only one nightstand and side with no nightstand was almost against the wall.
Also, no safe in room. Otherwise, the stay was good. Excellent location. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Nice lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Purified water dispenser near elevator on every floor. Still and sparkling water dispenser in lobby."

"Was in town for a convention at the Convention Center which was only about a 1/2 mile / 10-15 minute walk away. Chipotle across the street was a lifesaver. Near the Balboa Theater if you’re in town to see a play/ show. Lots of restaurants in the Gaslight District. Petco Park next to Convention Center. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Short bus ride for $2.50 to the airport should you choose to bypass Uber or a taxi. Only gripe I had was the TV in the room...

"The property was clean and we'll maintained. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was definitely an improvement. The pool area was nice as well as the food court and shops. Definitely worth recommending."
